WELCOME!

Credits: My Love From The Star Drama

INTRODUCTION:
Hi there! As an intro post, I wouldn't post a review for a drama yet (but I will soon! Just finishing up few episodes). Instead, I'll tell you how I discover it and how it ruined my life, just kidding ('not kidding').

It started last year, pretty recent I guess. I wondered why my sister keeps staying up late at night on her phone then the next day, she was on it again. She also keeps persuading me to watch something. I know what a Korean Drama is, I've watched one when I was young. But I didn't really pay attention to it nor it took my interest. It's because I find it inconvenient watching and reading subtitles at the same time and I'm not used to watching shows in another language and culture.  But anyway, my sister persuades me more and I gave in because I was really bored that time and I don't have any books to read.

My first drama was 'My Love From The Star'. This show was a bomb, it's one of a kind and one of the best. I was surprised at myself when I end up like my sister; staying up late at night to watch and being swallowed by rollercoaster emotions in my room.

It is addicting, Kdrama lovers often described it. At some points, I do feel that. But I think it's up to the person how to find a way to resist that finger to click another new episode and finally, do something productive in life.

In this blog, I will try to explore this new indulgement and be honest with it as best as I can. This blog would not be just for kdrama lovers, because I will try my best to be as general and relatable as I can. But to just let you know, the type of kdramas that I often get hooked into are mystery/thrillers, psychology related dramas, romcoms, and the tragic ones. However, I'm open to other genres, but it has to be unique and uncliched from the first episode.

This blog is going to focused on reviews and recommendations in certain Korean dramas that I have watched.
So, stay tuned and see you in my next post!

P.S. If ever you have suggestions for me to watch and write reviews onto, feel free to comment down, Thanks!
